The absolute worst accounting firm in the area. Do not even think about using them. They made grade school addition errors on my return, resulting in a huge liability. Awful personal service.

I had my 2020 tax return prepared by this firm. I had no less than three employees reach out to me during the process and each time, I was provided with different information. They failed to include over $100K of income in the return, they failed to include almost $40K in alimony payments, and they improperly included the same rental property three times in the return. These are but a few of the mistakes made. Their errors cost me $30K in penalties, interest, and overdue taxes. I tried to amicably settle this with the firm but they didn't have the professional courtesy to even respond to my registered letter. I learned the preparer (at least the one who signed it) isn't a CPA, though the firm claims to be a certified public accounting firm. I am in the process of taking further action at this time. I would definitely not suggest the use of this firm.
