This is the service you get from Kim's Floral in Richlands. I ordered a bouquet from her last week and paid for it up front, $50. We called Wednesday and wanted to know if we could get a refund because we got married early. The lady we spoke to, not Kim, was rude and told Brandon that she doesn't know because the flowers were already ordered and Kim won't do refunds. We were told Kim would call us back, she never did. We call back today and talked to a different lady and was told that Kim never made the bouquet. She said she was told not to make it because we didn't want it. So that tells me that she knew we called and never called us back. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I understand that you have to special order things, so some of my money went to that; however, you didn't even provide the service. The bouquet was supposed to be made yesterday by noon. She didn't do that. Therefore, I deserve to have my money back. If you're keeping my money, I should have my product. This isn't right. I know there will be people on here that support her and that's fine, but do not come on my post and be rude, please. Brandon was getting a little rude at the beginning of this video and I told him to stop. I will call my bank and dispute the charge and I'll be reporting this experience. I guess $50 was more important than creating a nice experience for a first, and LAST time customer. This really left a bad taste in my mouth.
