I passed the PSI exam on my first try! Thank you, Act Web Real Estate School and Instructor Paul. The course and your review and study notes were a huge help. I also purchased the extra exam prep, which gave me the confidence I needed. I was especially nervous because I had not taken a big test in several decades. I passed!! full disclosure: While I am the instructors wife and business partner, I took the course and exam in the same way we recommend for all our students.

After taking the course over the span of a few months and juggling that with my 9-5, I successfully passed the PSI exam on my first attempt. The course was extremely helpful in building a foundation and the study guides provided at the end solidified what I had already learned. I highly recommend this course to those with a real estate background or trying to break into the industry!
