Inova Endocrinology

Requested since two weeks to please send my recent labs to another endocrinologist office because my doctor Evis Hudson could careless about checking my levels, requesting blood work, etc. Had my thyroid remove a little over a year. I have to call the office to remind them I exist and that I need blood work done and appointments to know how my hormones are working and my hashimotos. If I don’t call they never request anything! Very disappointed

7/19/21 Dr. Hundal is absolutely amazing and I hope this bad review does not follow her. She's by far the best in the business and I've seen numerous endocrinologists. She's going out on maternity leave and likely not coming back to INOVA. The staff there is abysmally bad and has been for years. They have never-ending turnover of staff and I don't think Hundal has had any support while she worked there. Getting anything from them is near impossible. No return calls, no prescriptions, no communications with insurance or pump manufacturers, etc. Hundal really helps people and she deserves better. I don't blame her for not coming back to that INOVA office. Her replacement may be good, but I'm going elsewhere to find a good team of professionals.

TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. The woman who was speaking to me sparked attitude and made me wait for 10 whole minutes on call. Then she gets her coworker on call and starts laughing and making fun of me in the background as I was explaining about my disability. Her coworker even cut me off from the call after wrongly saying my reply back number. I corrected her and she denied it and quickly hung me up. PLEASE FIRE THEM. THEY ARE MAKING YOU LOSE POTENTIAL PATIENTS LIKE ME AND I WILL NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE. THERE ARE TERRIBLE AT COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WANT TO SLACK OFF THE JOB.

Worst. Medical. Practice. Ever. They don't answer their phones, do not reply to messages in MyChart, put you on hold and leave you there indefinitely, and the doctors don't know anything about thyroid issues.
