        Used to be the best Chinese food in the area. Food is still ok, but the portion sizes are quite a bit smaller and their prices continue to increase. The amount of rice they give you is a joke. Not a favorite anymore.

        Before moving to eastern loudoun county I used to think Pens was great. Tried it for the first time in over 10 years after moving back to the area and were we sorely disappointed. I guess I was spoiled by all of the better options around where I used to live. Dont think we will be going back.
