We had a fabulous experience working with Tim at Tri County Windows and would recommend them to anyone. In 2022 and 2023, Tri County replaced over 20 original windows and then installed new siding, trim, and gutters, added two new windows where there hadnt been windows before, and installed a new front door surround. Their bids were competitive and fair. Tim was a great sounding board on the design. Both projects were significant and completed totally professionally and quickly. The communication with Tim and his team was seamless. The experience overall was excellent and I would undoubtedly work with them again in the future.

We worked with Tim to replace all the windows in our home, and we are very happy with the results. Tim was very responsive, professional, and patient throughout the process, and although we got a few estimates from other local companies, we are glad we went with Tim. Turnaround on the windows was quicker than we expected (and compared to estimates from other companies), and Tri County's prices were very reasonable. Tim answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently, and we appreciated his honest opinions and great insights throughout our decisionmaking process. There are no high-pressure sales tactics with Tim.
The installation team was also very quick and courteous with their work, and everything (including cleanup) was complete within a handful of hours. The whole team worked diligently and did not waste any time. They did a wonderful job, and all our windows look great. Even though we are only a few weeks out from our installation, we can already notice that the temperatures are more consistent in our home.
Arada was also super friendly and communicative in scheduling the estimate and confirming receipt of payments.
All in all, we appreciate how smoothly Tim and his team made this whole process. I would highly recommend Tim and Tri County to anyone looking for a good experience with their window replacement project!

Our experience was amazing. The communication, information provided, patience and professionalism were unmatched. While our window replacement job was relatively small, I wish we had used TriCounty years ago when we did most of our replacement. We would have received better service. That company is no longer in business and I only continue to hear great things about TriCounty. Tyler and his team made us feel like a truly appreciated client and I absolutely love our new windows. Sincerely, it makes such a difference and every day, I'm grateful that we went with TC!!!
