I do not know about the quality of the technician but the lady who answered the phone is very unprofessional and rude. I set up an appointment on Monday and they said it would be the end of the week before he could get out to see me. I noticed she was kind of rude then but blew it off as since this was not the technician and the company was recommended to me by my father in law who had the heat pumps installed on my current residence by this company. She called me back the day before my appointment and would not give me a estimated time they will come out or at least a window of time, and since I work my wife was going to stay home and wait on them all day. They called at 8:30AM the next morning complaining they could not reach my wife and they needed to come now. She was very unprofessional when I said she may be asleep and was very hateful when I asked if they could do a later time as she wakes up around 9 AM typically. She was rude and said that he needed to come now and I apologized and that if she had given me a time that my wife would have been prepared. Yet again she was rude and said that we should have been prepared and that she said "in the morning" which she did not. She said "I guess he will have to see another customer and hopefully he can get back to you," then she hung up the phone on me. I called back and canceled my service as no one, especially a customer, including myself, should be spoken to or treated in such a manner as unprofessional or rude as the lady treated me and as long as she is the one who answers the phone, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Ron Hughes is a wonderful technician and worked quickly to restore our heating and cooling system.
