Marcus was assigned to me by my insurance company for a tow and I’m so glad I kept his number. Had a tire blow out a month later at 11:30 pm in 23 degree weather and when I texted him, he responded immediately and was there within 30 minutes. I will call him whenever I need a tow. Conscientious, hardworking, attention to detail & exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this young gentleman & small business owner.

Work for U-Haul looking for a truck that we assumed was to be stolen after a lot of digging we realized this company had picked up the vehicle in question. A call was made to this company to see how long they've had it and why we were never notified that they had it. Spoke with a guy who works there he proceeded to tell me that it's not their responsibility to notify us that they had it. All they have to do is answer the call and pick up the vehicle. Proceeded to tell me its 880 to get MY car back after it was picked up BEFORE Christmas and I've never been notified of it being there. He also told me that it's the responsibility for the person who rented it too tell us even though our number is all over the truck and now they're trying to charge us a WHOLE LOT of money for something we didn't even know they had. Poor communication. Very scammish saying we have to pay in CASH ONLY. DO NOT recommend this is very unprofessional.
