THIS IS THE BEST WHEELCHAIR SERVICE. IM A 46 YEAR OLD DISABLED MAN. JANICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL SO IS ALL THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL LIKE IT WAS GONNA BE DIFFICULT. DEREK THE DELIVERY GUY IS THE BEST HE IS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. DEREK ALWAYS CALLS BEFORE HE COMES. THANKS JANICE ,DEREK AND THE WHOLE TYCON MEDICAL STAFF. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

The staff at Tycon Medical Inc truly treat you with care and concern and deserve the appreciation that is well deserved. Please consider them first for your medical supply needs. Customer Service is an A+. I walked out feeling like I have been doing business with them for years. After today, they will have my business as well as my familys business. I actually already recommended them to an associate of mine. Thank you!

I have had 2 negative experiences with Tycon Medical. They claim to have never received my script from my doctor twice. I was on the phone with my specialist and they received confirmation that it was sent and received successfully. Im trying to find another company because this is ridiculous and disappointing.

Stay away from this place if possible. My family member received a front wheel walker (1 wheel on each front post) for post surgery mobility. The "New" walker they issues was warped and unsafe. I returned the walker for another front wheel walker and asked about the bariatric walker (2 front wheels on each post) and was told my insurance wouldn't pay for it. NO PROBLEM. Received another front wheel walker with 1 wheel on each post. Returned to hospital and my family member wanted the bariatric walker. Returned to TYCON Medical with the 2nd front wheel walker, took it into the building and said I wanted to purchase the bariatric walker and return the 2nd one I was issued. They took it back and the office manager said to take the walker off the bill to insurance. I then purchased the bariatric walker. Now, the Dr. has written a script for a rolator walker with seat and TYCON says we have to pay for it because insurance already paid for 2 walkers. I contacted the TYCON office to get it straightened out and was hung up on after I was told I am lying. I will be contacting my insurance company over this.
