Called to see about a part and gentleman said he would call us back because they had the car but unsure of the part. Waited a couple hours so we went there. They didn't have the part but he forgot to call us back.Which I get if you get busy and since this apparently is not a pick-and -pull we were unable to even look at the car to see if we might want other parts. How can you sell anything if it's a pick and pull but you don't call your customers back?

They told me they had my part so I drove 3 hours to get it. When they were taking the part off they ran over it with a front-end loader and it was destroyed. Failure
