        Very poor service. Was not satisfied at all with the way my payments were handled, and they caused my bank to overdraft many times. The local agent is never available to answer a call and the voice mail is always to full to hold another message. Very disappointed. However the insurance was somewhat cheap...but Progressive is cheaper and I am switching
