Excellent builder, very honest

Sacra Custom Homes is a spectacular builder and exceeded our expectations. We embarked on a journey after interviewing many different builders as we had specific expectations of our home and wanted both a respectful timeline that was honest as well as ethical pricing. Husband and wife duo Troy and Suzie helped us through the whole process, had great follow through and kept us updated with frequent meetings so that we were looped in on the whole process. From the entire design/build, and turnkey process, we were never disappointed. They built our boat house, our home, and barn. Any builder can build a nice home, but its nice to have someone that takes the time to add personal touches, flourishes, details, and things that make a property pop! They both have a good eye, are well-connected with the code, regulations and personnel around the lake. Of course, in any buildout there will be some unexpected challenges, but Troy and Suzie rose to the occasion and helped us overcome obstacles. From soup to nuts, getting septic in, a new well, and gas they were fabulous. We just got our occupancy permit and cant rave enough about the process. The outcome is something that we are so proud to call our home!
