Owners Kim and Matt are terrific. Very welcoming and go out of their way to attend to your every need. No detail is spared for guests. The gourmet breakfasts are delicious and presentation is extra special. Felt like a king and queen.

Three Perfect Nights in Onancock! We recently wanted a vacation where we could relax and “do nothing” for three days and the Inn at Onancock gave us exactly what we needed! Kim and Matt are the perfect hosts and we truly felt like we were at home. The food was wonderful and the “wine down” is a perfect ending to the day in this beautiful little town. The pots of hot tea left outside our room each morning was the perfect start to each day! We hated to leave but look forward to returning soon….thanks Kim and Matt for the perfect getaway!

The Inn at Onancock is a cut above all other bed and breakfast inns. Each day there is a wine down hour with drinks, home made appetizers and lovely conversation to acquaint guests with the innkeepers, Matt and Kim. The most well behaved 3 year old German shepherd, Dante, also joins the relaxed hour. The mornings deliver fresh coffee and juice outside each guest room at 7:30 am, with 24 hour keurig and water available also. Breakfast is gourmet and balanced with offerings of fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, proteins such as eggs and bacon, biscuits or muffins and water, and coffee. In fact, you won't likely need much lunch following the gourmet full breakfast. The inn and innkeepers are knowledgeable of the area and offer wonderful stimulating conversation. We will definitely return.

Both the town and this inn are hidden gems! Kim, the owner, is a kind and wonderful hostess. Her inn is just beautiful. It’s close to the “downtown” Onancock with easy walking to cafes, galleries, and bars. I had come to the area with family and a friend to visit Chincoteague. The Inn offers a comfortable and beautiful stay in an adorable town. It’s an easy drive over to Virginia side of Chincoteague. I’ll be staying here in the future to check out Tangiers island. Kim is also chock full of tips and suggestions for guests.
Of note, the Inn has a Tesla supercharger and a J-1772 charger for EV driving guests. If you have an EV, I recommend staying here because other chargers are about 30 minutes out. Who needs range anxiety in such an idyllic setting? Thank you for your hospitality!

Kim & Matt were very gracious hosts. The Inn was clean, well equipped, the breakfast was wonderful, nice amenities. Cozy, friendly, great value. We will stay again. Do yourself a favor and book a night or two there.
