I am the maintenance manager for several hotels and restaurants along with a few individual homes I've been doing this a long time and I've never ran into a more inept company, customer service was absolutely atrocious ,rude argumentative and condescending, and the service practically useless,they have an emergency number that I was told could only be called during certain hours of operation, really I hope you have an emergency during their hours,really to many things to list I have all the text messages if I need to post them I will am currently filling a complaint with manufacturer.

We were new to the area in our heater went out over the Christmas holidays when called Morgan's, they were quick efficient and got here right away fixed the problem in short order & for an exceptionally reasonable cost.... I would highly recommend them.
