Functional doctor, Dr. Hirani, integrative health practitioner, Homa Hashime, and the entire office team are amazing! Definitely improved my health for the better to turn to functional medicine for answers. Their compassion is such a refreshing change of pace and their guidance is legit.

While the doctor was very knowledgeable about my thyroid, and I learned a lot, it was also very expensive and not covered by insurance. Thats not really my issue with this place. My issue is that I got pregnant in the middle of my year long contract and had to freeze my account as they dont see pregnant patients. I didnt realize it could only be frozen for 10 months. Yes, it said so in my contract, but after 10 months and taking care of a newborn I couldnt have been expected to remember that. WITHOUT CONTACTING ME IN ANY WAY they cancelled my contract at the end of the 10 months and kept the remaining balance on my account, which was a lot, and are now refusing to refund it to me. They also lied to me saying they left several messages and emails before cancelling the account. I 100% would have known if they had called, and they did not. I also searched through my personal email as well as through their portal email, and they did not email me. As much as I liked the doctor, a company that will lie to and steal from their clients is a company I dont want to do business with and want to warn others of as well.
