    The district manager reached out to me to remove my last review. I told him if he would go through the interactions I had with Terry and remedy the situation, I would be happy to remove it which I did. He did an internal investigation of camera and audio footage of the incidents that happened to me over the course of 2-3 weeks inside the store. He called me after a week and said what I had told him was indeed true and the employee was being reprimanded. (Terry, the manager). He told me that I would be reimbursed for all 3 phone numbers I was given because they 1. FIRST NUMBER…Couldn’t get my old phone number back from Xfinity because “they were holding it hostage”. 2. SECOND NUMBER: I was told I could not have my old phone number back that I’d had 15 years. So Terry gave me a new one. 3. THIRD NUMBER: A week later, I saw that they had a promotion to get a new phone upgrade if you brought them back your iPhone X or newer. I wondered why this was never told to me. I saw it on TV. I went back to trade in my phone and Terry told me that was only for a new phone number when you signed up for the upgrade. 4. Again, I received a new phone number to get the upgrade. Not happy. 5. The very same day ATT told Terry on the phone that I still had 3 phone numbers because he hadn’t canceled the first two (see #1. And #2.) The third phone number he gave me that day (for some error on his part) required me to get a 4th phone number for the upgrade and pay for for two accounts for 90 days. Mind you, I am single, live alone, have no family nearby and am 65. I cannot make this up. I have better things to do.Fast forward to district manager Nathan doing his investigation and determining that I was indeed correct and he would get me paid back for all the phone bills I had.However, I was only credited for the third phone number and not the first two. Terry kept the accounts open for two months instead of canceling them when all this started and with all the “new phone fees” on two lines and two months of billing, ATT says I owe $310. So they sent me to collections.I have been in the store numerous times and asked for the district manager to call me settle this and he has not. I do not think Terry is relaying my messages to Nathan because every time I ask, no one ever calls me. The number I had for Nathan goes straight to ATT who says they know nothing about any of this.I am asking in this review for the district manager to PLEASE CALL ME BACK and fix this situation that was not remedied. Nathan, you did an investigation and found it to be true, but I still need the $310 to be taken off my bill and the debt collector to be called off me. I have given all my evidence and paper trail both to ATT and the debt collector and was denied today. This is enough. I have been taken advantage of. Thank you
