Used to be good BUT what happened? A salvage yard that is closed on Saturday after 9 a.m. doesn't do the weekend warrior any good at all.

Wouldn't even give him one star. His business is closed and he sells broken auto parts doesn't refund money and dodge u when u try to get in contact him for a new piece scam artistry at its finest.

2015 I had my 2004 ford Expedition towed to Ingram on Indian River Road in Norfolk, Virginia to have the motor replaced. I made a 600 dollar deposit and the remainder was to be paid when the work was completed. After days that turned into months of not being able to catch up with the owner I showed up only to be told they did not know which location my vehicle was at. This went on for months. With my work schedule and my mother's declining health I did not have the time to keep going to the physical location. Of course I would call daily and the owner would never return my calls. I finally decided since almost a year had passed and there was obviously no work done I would have my vehicle towed home. When my vehicle arrived my brand new battery was missing,my tire had been stolen and replaced with the spare,and the bulbs around the licence plate had been broken. I notified the business several times only to be told that they would have to call me back which they never did. I am running my mother to chemo and working and I don have the energy or resources to fight them in court. I also have never received my 600 deposit back. They will not return my calls and the owner is always out when I come or say I am coming. 2/11/2016 it is still unresolved.
