Coastal cab is money hungry they had me wait 3 hrs for a ride instead of telling me they didn't have a driver for me . no driver ever showed up and they are not honest people it about BUSINESS not customer service . Please support the other cab companies before you give them $1

I have used them in the past with some difficulty, some success, but today is the last straw. I booked a wheelchair cab for my mother's doctor appointment. They did not show up and did not call to say they were having trouble finding a driver. I booked two days in advance. They should be ashamed of themselves.
