Brooke is the absolute best. I have been a patient of Brooke's for over 7 years and followed her to a less convenient location, so I didn't lose the best primary care provider I've ever had. She is intelligent and kind and is someone I trust. She's been with me through a marriage, 2 kids and so many life changes. She feels like part of my family that I only see a few times a year.

This has to be the worst office ever , Dr fortune and her staff are unprofessional rude and don’t care about their patients. I can go in for days of the horror stories I’ve experienced. I Don’t know where she got her license from but it should be revoked and a change of profession should occur .

Shame. I think Covid really took this place down. Started as a new client in January, Dr J. was super helpful, engaged in my symptoms to seek tests. Went back in July for more tests, never heard back, but I know how to figure out my chart and results. Back in November for specific treatment and was denied, even took 3 attempts to get my appt and was she wad never told about my specific treatment request. Now angry that I have to seek out purchasing meds online, or back to seeking a new PCP while waiting for other appointments... I instead was referred out to other specialist. The ones I really want I have not heard from. I do feel grateful to have received the blood work, imaging and other referrals, BUT if Dr. J. is going to act like a Doctor, She should Treat as one, including taking a better intake procedure. Her staff assists in as much/more support as she does. Its hard stressful work being your own advocate when only to be told "everything is fine" as blood levels go higher or lower on so called normal level charts, and you need to chase them down for communication. And still never even askeing how am I feeling questions. A huge office space left to a PA and so called nurses, act like spoiled children talking about their personal business as clients wait 35 mins to see DR.who's also on phone talking to a friend. When real Doctors could be using the un-used space. Has the potential for a great facility and started out that way, needs to re-boot.
