        Their drivers are horrible and are going to eventually cause a serious accident if they don't kill a family first. At 1:50 p.m. today on I-64 between the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel and Western Branch freeway, this driver stayed in the left lane going slower than everyone around him. Virginia law is quite clear that slow traffic stays out of the left lane. However, not this driver, he proceeded to go slower than surrounding traffic, which was forced into the slower Lane to get around him. At the last minute, coming up on the Western Branch freeway, he immediately crossed all three lanes of the highway, causing cars to swerve out of his way and nearly causing an accident. As you can see in the pictures, he doesn't have a care in the world and could care less of families he puts it in harm's way.
