My wife had her first appt with the neurologist on Nov 6. She was then told to come back Jan 14 at 1100 for a follow up. She arrived and they told her that her appt wasnt until 4pm, mind you she never got a confirmation appt call or anything. That was obviously a mistake on their end because 4PM my wife is at work at that time so she cant schedule appts during her work hours. She already was in pain and she sat and waited for 8 hours because of their mistake, and to make matters worse, the Dr was 2 hours behind. Because of lack of attention to detail and not willing to work with my wife on this mistake she suffered physically and mentally. No one came to check on her, asked her if she needed anything, knowing she had been sitting there for hours on end. This is very poor customer service and we both are disappointed in how everything was handled.

Dr. Tina Rodrique was always pleasant and patient with me. She understood and addressed my feelings about the surgery. She explained the procedure so that I could understand what was ahead. She did a great job with me before and after the surgery. Thanks again, my life is much better because of you.
