Big thanks to Cynthia at Roosevelt Family Medicine, she has been going above and beyond trying to help me with insurance issues and when something unexpected pops up always gets me in fast, which I so appreciate. Also big thanks to Dr. Frias for always looking out for my health concerns. Feel very blessed to have both in my corner. They get things done that I haven't been able to on my own. Thank you thank you, for always being there.

Dr. Lap is the worst and does not listen to her patients. I tried to address an issue at my visit and she swore it was a skin condition but I have had the same skin condition for 10 years. I had to make a special appointment for a dermatologist just for them to do the same thing she could have done. Will not return

Cynthia is the best. She has helped me out Everytime I have needed anything she was gracious and always ready to help no matter how long it would take or difficult the job. And she did it with a smile on her face. She is amazing. My boyfriend is the patient there and she makes me want to change my Dr to them. Always smiling and joking but doing her job and very well I might add. Thank you Cynthia for all you do.

I recently needed some paperwork from the office for my mother's insurance and was on a "time crunch" and TOI was absolutely AMAZING! I worried about being a bother with so many questions and she constantly reassured me I was not bothering her in any way, and she was more than happy to help me. In the midst of a very stressful situation, she went above and beyond to help get me the information I needed and be a very calming a kind person eliminating a lot of my stress. I also needed to get some help with some papers that needed to be completed and Cynthia was great; very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and was able to get me in and out of the office in about 10 minutes. These ladies are definitely an asset to your office!
