Renita was wonderful and she was extremely patient. She took her time in making sure that I chose the perfect bed for me. She gave me a variety of options to choose from and I’m so happy I went to this Mattress Firm. She was huge help and I left with the perfect bed.

Bought a new mattress before Christmas for family to sleep on. It arrived on time and was a good price, but the old mattress removal was abysmal. They took my old mattress out to the curb and left it there, my garbage collection wont take mattresses!! Its been outside for over two months and some drifters from Portsmouth were sleeping on it and having sex. I refuse to pick it up, and demand the delivery driver Toby come back and THROW IT AWAY!!
