They've serviced my sprinklers for the last two years. I hopped online to set an appt and the woman, Danielle, told me they don't service my area and ended the chat abruptly. I jumped back on chat assuming it was a mistake and got the same woman who simply left the chat open and didn't respond. I then called the office to set an appointment 3 times and no one would answer. Guess they aren't fans of loyal customers and money!

They will schedule a confirmed appt time slot with you, then show up several hours early with zero notice, try to call when they arrive, then go home. They will then not even bother to return later at confirmed time or call you to notify, apologize and reschedule while you are waiting for them to arrive during the confirmed time slot

Update. Sadly, this isnt what it used to be. For two weeks straight, I tried to call several times to speak with someone, only to be told to leave a voicemail. I understand being busy but no one is THAT busy, and well, Im busy, too. I could only make an appointment online, and when I called to discuss said appointment, I got yet another leave a voicemail. I eventually threw in the towel and found another company to do business with.
I had a lot of repairs that needed to be done. The tech was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, did not charge me an unreasonable amount. Conserva will be my first call for future service.
