Seema the manager waited on my girlfriend and me hisself. He was so patient and cordial, especially since all we wanted was to get her fingers sized properly, he gave me pen and paper and sized everyone of them so I can get her a ring that will fit. The merchandise on sale was exquisite, and even though I couldn't afford it, I m sure that it was priced accurately,and would be proud to own any piece from there.I tried to tip Mr. Seema but he declined it, so I am giving him 5 stars and an accurate yet positive review. Thank you Mr.Seema.

Paid way too much for the chain to break within a month and only wore it twice. When I talked to them about it they were very rude and sarcastic basically blaming me for not buying the stronger chain as if anyone should be spending hundreds of dollars on a piece of jewelry that cant last more than a month. Got 2 sets of grills from them too, one has held up nice but the 2nd set falls off frequently and when I questioned them about it shortly after receiving it they claimed it was made correctly and my fault but when I looked at the mold I could see that the tooth that kept falling off was chipped on the mold and they did not contact me to do a new one they just made the grills anyway. My business with them is done and I wouldnt not recommend them based off of my experience.
