Christy is the best agent in the area. She takes such great care with her clients and was patient in explaining everything to me. I couldnt ask for a more caring person to work with!!!

I contacted Christy to ask why they took additional money out of my account. She replied my husband called to have his truck covered. He was unaware that it would go on my account and the payments would be deducted from my personal account. I contacted my Agent Christy House to tell her I did not authorize additional monies to come from my bank account. She stated he can do anything he want because we are married & live in the same house. In other words you're telling me if he wants to purchase a brand new Mercedes, he can call and add to my account and the payments will come from my personal bank account. I asked if they could bill instead of coming out of my account. Her response was I am not getting in your marriage, you need to work out your marriage. This made me so angry. It was very unprofessional to make that statement. A professional would have suggested to remove autopay and we can send a bill. You can pay online or send payment as long as the bill is paid on time. I had to call customer service to ask if this could be done. Yes it can. My Agents Response SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN YOU NEED TO WORK OUT YOUR MARRIAGE!!! What would have happened if my payments were returned for NSF. Would you pay the fees? No you would not.!
