Naval Medical Center at Sewells Point

This is a dark place in my nightmares that I can never seen to completely escape. I was injured years ago on NAS Norfolk and the ambulance took me to this horrible place. Try to avoid this place.

Pharmacy lady was rude, although she was in her service uniform doesnt mean you have to put it all in your head. Plus, the immunization guy for check in was just passive and rude at the same time. Idk how management takes care of this, or not, but I hope you replace/retrain people that doesnt even know how to comply in working for customer service. Some people are already dealing with something, you had to top it up a notch. Smh

I would put zero stars if possible. The fact that this is are military medical center is ridiculous. I have waited for 3+ hours trying to get seen by a nurse for sick call after already being in a room.. ridiculous

Sat here for over an hour after checking in with the new, improved, faster check in text process. I had dental work done and bleeding all in my mouth with a throbbing headache waiting for them to fill my prescription that I was texted and told it was ready 50 minutes ago. This entire process is terrible. DO BETTER.
