I have spent almost $10,000 with this company in 2021. Not to mention yhe prior year(s). The person who answers the phone STELLA, is very difficult and obnoxious. She does not hesitate to spit out insults or attempt to make the person on the phone feel small. She over talks you and is very confrontational. She is very rude. After spending roughly $10,000, my truck is still having some of the same issues. I emailed the manager two days after the last repair from them to inform Chris that the same issue was occurring while the truck was out on the road. I am still waiting for a response more than a month later. I sent a photo of the lit up lights on the dashboard. This has been a terrible experience. This is not the ideal place to take your trucks if you want to be treated like a person, a paying customer and have full confidence that the issues will be fixed before receiving your vehicle back.

I called to get service information for a vehicle I have and in stead of offering help the lady on the phone joked and said I should bring it in just because I couldn’t find the answer on google. She was no help and that comment was rude.
