It was a pleasure working with the team. Always responsive to my needs and the needs of my tenant. They addressed all issues in a timely manner in my absence as a property management company should do. They ensured my anonymity between the tenant and myself. During the selling process of my home, I worked closely with Ashley and she was terrific. She explained each step to me in layman's terms and was quick to answer any questions that I may have had as follow-ups. Should I have/need any properties in the DMV in the future, I will definitely seek out their services.

I rented with Selling Virginia years ago, as time has passed I feel obligated to warn others. I have come back full circle to tell you that Selling Virginia is not a good company. I was charged for items that they claimed were done before I moved in such as Gutter cleaning, Yard Maintenance (drainage issues in the back yard), Patching holes (holes in the ceiling hidden by poor patch work) and I even found a dead snake under a rug in the basement. I have pictures of everything and documents because that's how appalled I was. I was also charged for these services upon moving, which I would not pay. As a homeowner I would NOT trust my property with them. They are in it for the money and will lie about their services and quality. Initially things were great but as time went on I realized it was a façade. Good luck if you use them but I would not recommend it.

Cherish is a no nonsense, second to none, “I’m getting you something you love or nothing at all” type of realtor. We sold our condo for a surprisingly great price and we’re able to buy our dream home. If you need a great agent she’s the one. She’s a super hard-worker and just in case she sees this: Cherish, thank you so much! Come on by when you get a chance!

Selling VA has helped my family through so much over the years it is hard to know where to begin. They managed a property while we were overseas, helped us when we were looking for a home after moving back to the states, and helped us transition our rental property into a marketable sale property in a short period of time. The ladies of Selling Virginia are always there to help. They really understand what you want as a client and work with you to find the perfect home. And on top of that, they are knowledgeable and help you through the entire process of buying, selling, negotiating, settlement, and etc. HIGHLY recommend.
