Wow! I contacted this company less then 24 hours ago for a quote and my TV is beautifully mounted and cords are hidden (externally) just as I imagined. Professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. This was so easy - I’m just blown away. Thank you Honest Brothers!

Scheduled an appointment but they never showed. No show no call

We arranged to have them come out to do a TV mounting and scheduled a month in advance. We even confirmed days before with their system and received direct correspondence from them with a time window for when the expect them. They ghosted us and when we called multiple times the day of and the day after to figure out what the deal was and whether we needed to reschedule we got nothing but an answering machine with a promise to return the call. Have not been contacted by the vender even after getting ghosted. Practically impossible to contact directly and speak with someone in the organization. They may do good work if they show up but we'll never know. It is unprofessional to ghost a client like this.
