The technician that replaced one of the glass panels in one of my windows was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. The window looked brand new upon completion. I am very pleased with the professional workmanship from Glass Doctor.

The Glass Doctor of Newport News is great they came and did surgery on my window giving me a peace of mind. I got a appointment fast. The text was friendly, on time, and efficient. If you need glass work done call the best doctor in town The Glass Doctor!

Only gave one star because zero was not an option. Scheduled and even prepaid for simple repair on a property we were selling. The technician was supposed to be there on 10/19, but he did not show. This went on everyday until 10/26 which was the day before closing. The technician then claimed he couldn't perform the work due to wood rot. We hired another contractor who was puzzled because he couldn't find any wood rot. That contractor performed the repair the next day. On a brighter note, the office assistant was very friendly when we called and asked for a refund.
