LaMountain & Associates was delighted to discover PSS and its new, flexible and customizable multi-rater feedback tool, 20/20 Insight, right after it was launched in 1994. 20/20 Insight enabled us to produce not only state-of-the art 360 feedback reports, but also organizational surveys, climate surveys, and pre-and post-training surveys for our clients. This tool proved of such value to our business that we decided to become 20/20 Insight VARs and promote the software to other consultants and businesses. We are still using and selling 20/20 Insight today!
Several years ago, PSS produced another great product, ProStar Coach - a virtual coaching system. We use ProStar Coach with workplace coaching clients for professional development and to enhance our coaching resources. We also recommend ProStar Coach to parents to help them build stronger relationships with their children.
Now more than 20 years into our relationship with PSS, its dedicated staff members are like “family” to us. All of the employees are reliable, efficient, and extremely responsive to our needs and to the needs of our customers. We are especially grateful to Meredith for the many ways in which she supports us – whether it is emailing just to check in or offering to set up a conference call to review marketing strategies or connecting us with other successful VARs. Meredith is the consummate professional, always cheering us on toward greater success.
