I have been using rent a center for a few months now for tires, and James the manager has been so so so helpful! Ive been going through some hard times with work and such and he has been so helpful and willing to work with me! Thank you so much james for being thoughtful and considerate! I cant express how much it means to me!

Always amazing! I have leased 2 or 3 laptops from this RAC and the staff always goes above and beyond to help. James, the manager, is insanely knowledgeable when it comes to tech and super helpful when it comes to finding a laptop that fits my particular needs, price point, and doesn't have red on the keyboard (not the backlight). The other James, I believe he's the credit manager, has also always been very helpful and friendly. Everyone in the store has. When times have been hard, they've done what they could to help out. I've never once gotten the feeling that they were rushing to pick up something the moment I was late on a payment. When I have had to turn something in because it was a bad week, I think I brought it to the store! These guys are great and they really do seem to care about their customers. That's rare these days, but very much appreciated!
