Did intake meeting and never heard back. Counselor who took intake call was very obviously uncomfortable with taking a LGBTQ+ client. Please look elsewhere if you actually need good care. Do not recommend at all.

Stopped my counseling due to them continously scheduling my appointments for the middle of my work day. This place is a joke. My experience with the counselors, is terrible, specifically Gigi Rodriguez in my case.If you need substance abuse counseling, please go elsewhere. Once again the place is a joke.

First of all, let me preface this review by saying that I absolutely loved my provider. Much like everyone else, its the business side that I have an issue with. Ive been seeing Dr Parramore since June virtually. Today, as in September 14 they call to say I have a balance Anyone with an HSA knows that the insurance pays out of that fund first before charging you the copay out of pocket (at least that is how my insurance works). Nevertheless, this person who called me says that they call every patient after their appointments to make arrangements to make the copay. I never have gotten a call since starting there in June. I had been checking my EOB and it looked like my copay was coming out of the HSA. Either way, who waits THREE MONTHS to say there is a balance and you dont know why I never got a call. I also have a Flex spending account so paying the bill is not a problem but they cant manage a blade of grass at this place, let along a whole behavioral health practice. I cancelled the rest of my appointments because of this and I really was getting good therapy. Dr Parramore should work somewhere better than this poop-show
