You can't make a rating low enough for this contractor. We had him do our kitchen, the first clue should have been when he came back after getting some flooring. "Didn't get enough because my card was used up" Then he promises a guarantee and says he pays attention to detail. The floor was not installed properly, no leveling compound was used. Holes in the sheet rock were not repaired in the bathroom after his crew put them there. He wouldn't show up for a week at a time and when he did only did enough to show some progress. Asked him to come back out to fix the floor, nope. Had to threaten with a lawyer to have him come back and still not do it right. Asked for an invoice with a cost breakdown, his exact words "Good luck with that". He started another job the same time as ours so we took a back seat to that one. If I thought it would do any good I would take this thief to court. Do not use this person, he will make promises then never back them up all the time while having his hand out for a draw.
