Went there for dinner for the first time last night 12-5-2014. First off we were told about a 10 min. wait what ended up being a 35 min. wait. > well ok. Then we ordered 2 Bull Rider Steak Sandwich $12.99 each with fries > well they brought only 1 entrée to our table. So we had to share that one until they brought the 2nd one. Every bite was loaded in fat and tough, well 20min later here comes the 2nd entrée and the waitress told us she was sorry and she would have one entrée removed from our bill. Well that made me feel a little better, BUT >> when she finally brought me my bill she had only removed $2.50 from my bill. I questioned the waitress on what she had told us about removing one entrée from our bill and she told me her manager would not let her do that. WHAT!!!! Who does that?? Tells a customer one thing and does the opposite. Un-Real. Removed only $2:50. That's OK > Spent my last time at Toby's Keith's in Newport News Va. SORRY TOBY I think the world of you man but they totally got this wrong!!!! Very Bad experience!!

Worst customer service and management I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Don't waste your time or Money!!! Came down from the Carolinas with a group of friends on Harleys just to check the place out and grab a bite to eat. We ordered our food, waited 20 minutes for a slack manager to come out and tell us they gave us the wrong menu and they could not honor the prices on the menu we ordered from. We could pay more if we want the food though. Paid $7.00 per person for one round of beer and left. We ordered ell over $120.00 of food for 6 people and that wasn't enough for them. They lost our business for life along with a lot of friends who have a lot of friends.

Visited, May 28th 2014...Not satisfied at all, for the price we expected a gourmet experience. One table member did say the hamburger was good. Wait for food was way to long given the sparse lunch crowd. Waitress was hard to find when needed, drink refills, condiments, etc. Soup was served cold. Salad Dressing tasted like off the shelf bottled dressing. Overall a disappointment !!!
