I came in because my car died and I had to get a jump right before coming to Autozone. I bought my battery a year ago so this surprised me. Mr. Ernie Sines, the store manager was very pleasant, personable and professional. He did a few checks on my battery and alternator then was able to swap my dead battery out for a new one, clean the battery terminal(which he'd didn't have to do) all while whistling while he worked..literally lol. Several people that were coming into the store spoke to him as he was putting my battery in. He said hello and asked how they were doing and never missed a beat. You can tell he is well liked and respected. He put me at ease and made a not so good situation better. Great customer service from someone who I gather is a good person overall. I am thankful I came by this Autozone.

Well stocked and busy store. I was waited on by an older gentleman. That reminded me of the old mechanics in my dad's garage as a kid. No nonsense but all business however fully knowledgeable. And happy that I was a first time customer took my info to sign me up for the discount program. And I'm certain a avalanche of emails lol. And a very honest thank ya have a nice day now. I'll be back. Hope I get the same salesman.

The staff was extremely helpful with testing and replacing the battery in my Honda Pilot. The store manager was knowledgeable and friendly making my trip/visit quick and successful!

Twice recently we received assistance from the staff here related to a battery concern. Associates were responsive and helpful to answer our questions and provide answers to our concerns. We will definitely return here for auto parts when needed.
