        Irritating parking system and enforcement where one day you as a tenant can see your car parked outside, and the next it's been towed without warning and leaving you footing a $120+ bill. No sticker labelling the car is marked for removal from the premises. No community email. Just towed. Maintenance is paradoxically prompt and forgetful at the same time - showing up within a day or 2 of a request yes, but then never showing up again if the job required a follow-up visit. Doubly so if the problem requires a 3rd party contractor.

        Great place to live. The leasing office and maintenance team are very attentive and respond very quickly to maintenance requests and concerns of the property. The renovated apartments are beautiful and like living here.
