Kristine Spencer will not stop reaching out to me to try and sell my mother’s estate. My mother died in front of me. I have advised Ms. Spencer on multiple occasions that I am not the executor or the state, which she has acknowledged, yet she still reaches out to me. It’s horrifying and painful.

I recently purchased a home with Denise Watson as my Agent. The closing deadline date was almost missed due to in my opinion Denise allowing the Sellers Agent to constantly provide inaccurate information. I requested to have two repairs reviewed/inspected by an industry professional (HVAC and a Leak in the Master shower) the first invoice provided by the Sellers Agent Becky Parker (Hometown Realty) had no verbiage on what actual repairs/inspection was done on the HVAC, Beck Parker had her General Contractor caulked the shower seal which was completed in a totally unprofessional manner (MESSY had to be redone). Three days prior to the closing Denise accepted a revised repair invoice which then had a total write up regarding the HVAC both she and Becky Parker tried to convince me the HVAC was done correctly by the General Contractors HVAC technician when I refused to accept the altered report and continued to demand an industry professional it was revealed what the so-call General Contract HVAC specialist did was in fact INCORRECT (Verified by a real HVAC Technician and by the GC company Owner). I have custom built a home and purchased two others however, this process with these two Realtors was by far my worse experience. All throughout my process when I became clearly frustrated regarding the constant back and forth and not being heard all Denise Watson keep saying was "I understand, I understand" which was clearly a statement of appeasement not stated with any real empathy and/or concern to me as the Buyer and her client! Additionally, Becky Parker had the property staged however, after closing and receiving the keys neither of the two Realtors had the professionalism and decency to remove ALL of the LARGE NAILS which were placed throughout the home for the staging! And to TOP it off the I was informed the Home Warranty would cover/reimburse to have the Locks change which again was INCORRECT information! #SMDH

I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for assistance in buying or selling a home. Recently, we hired Barbara Altis to be our buyers agent in the summer of 2019. From the very first phone call she was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She quickly setup a showing for us and we wrote a contract that same day. The house we bought had some complicated systems and as a result the home inspection was more robust and in-depth then the standard transaction. Barbara didn't miss a beat. She understood the entire process and walked us through a very complicated situation. When we needed more time for the roof inspection, she lined up an extension. She even had the forethought to arrange a septic tank inspection where we discovered a problem that could have cost me down the road. She also arranged multiple showings for us during the closing process. We felt like we were her only customers. Most importantly she couldn't have been more professional and pleasant. I've worked with many realtors and she is truly one of a kind. I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone who wants world class service!
