We went to Vera's because my good friend is a jeweler there and we loved every part of our experience! I had a vision of combining my grandmother and grandfathers ring into one engagement/wedding ring for myself. The timeframe was very reasonable, along with the prices and they did exactly what I asked! They were a pleasure to work with all around.

Took my 91 yr. old Mom to find a replacement wedding band after she had recently lost her original band. She ordered a specific band while not wearing her engagement ring. When the new band arrived, it was too wide on her finger with the engagement ring. We took the ring back immediately and ordered a new, thinner, wedding band. ALL were great in dealing with my Mom during this entire process. This why we continue to buy from Vera's!

My fiance worked with the Vera's team for months to design the perfect engagement ring for me. We went the nontraditional route with a sapphire and colorless zircon for accent stones, along with a band that had nature inspired elements. He didn't have enough positive things to say about the experience with them! They were so patient and supportive, and offered their professional guidance as a collaboration in designing my ring. Every day I am so grateful for it. We highly recommend them!
