I have been a patient of Hall-Harris over 15 years. My husband is a stroke patient who has aphasia and is paralyzed. Dr. Hall-Harris has been exceptional when it comes to the care of my and my husband. She is always professional and I believe she was ordained by the Lord to provide healing and Care for her patients. I would not trade her for nothing. And just to add, she needs to keep Chiquita.she is wonderful as well.

I called days in advance and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, June 2, 2020 at 1:15. I scheduled the appointment to be a video chat, as I am disabled, unable to drive, and have a compromised immune system. At 1:45 I called to check if they would still be contacting me, since I had not heard anything. They said the doctor was in with a patient, and they would let her know to call me afterwards. An hour later, at 2:45, I called again, and they advised she would call me at 3:00 after she finished a clinic. At 3:30 I called back and they said that she was seeing three more patients, but she would call me afterwards. No one could provide a time. At 4:15, I finally got the call for my 1:15 appointment. Dr. Hall Harris was wonderful, and she said she would be calling in three prescriptions for me. The pharmacy never received an order for one of the prescriptions and there was an error with another requiring her authorization. I sent an email, and today I called to let her know what was going on in a voicemail, as the office is closed on Fridays. Someone answered that sounded like the physician and barked, what??! Into the phone at me. I was shocked, so I said hello..? A little uncertainly and the person hung up. I called back and a man answered saying I had the wrong number. Nope - this is the number I always call to speak with the physician and that they have called me from repeatedly. It is listed on their website. It is not the wrong number. I finally was able to leave a voicemail, because they stopped answering and hanging up on me eventually. UPDATE - Do not ever make a video appointment if you can avoid it. They will schedule a time, but they will not abide by the time. I was advised today that they do not handle video appointments until after they have seen everyone in the office, even if their in-office appointment time is scheduled later than your video appointment. I had an appointment at 2:15, and I am still waiting after 3:30. The office closes at 3:00. This has become a pattern.
