There's a very knowledgeable person in there by the name of Stefan, he's the person you want to deal with. Talking to anyone else in there would be uncivilized.

Everything went well initially when setting us up to get 2 new phones. My iphone was not cooperating because the screen time passcode had us locked out. I was then told to go home and try to do hard reset through iTunes. No luck. Worked on it for a good 1.5 hours. I called the young lady @ T Mobile twice, desperate for some help. I was told to go to Best Buy for help. I said no, I’m not doing that. I was also told they can’t do it in their store because they don’t have a computer. Really?? Very frustrated, I packed up our new phones and headed back. I wanted to give the new phones back and just stay with our own phones. It was so upsetting that I was being put off because they didn’t want to deal with the issue. They made their sale. The manager overheard the conversation and asked if we needed to do a factory reset because he had a laptop in plain view! The young lady said she didn’t know he had a computer. So relieved that he was there to step in. It took numerous tries but he was able to get it done and we could finally leave with our new phones and no worries (hopefully) about the old phones being turned in. The staff should never tell customers to go home and troubleshoot or go to Best Buy for help! T Mobile should be able to handle things on their end, setting up new phones and service for new customers.
