My dad took his 03 Monte car for a transmission rebuild at 119,000 miles transmission fully went out at 140,000 miles. Do not take your car here since he had it rebuilt had multiple problems with it I had to take it back several times. Ill never recommend this place to anyone and highly recommend you guys dont take your car there to have a transmission replaced. owner Jerry is disrespectful straight rob me and my dad this place needs to be shut down for bad business. Im calling the Better Business Bureau this week

I was having a shudder on acceleration with my 2020 edge. We took it to Crossroads Ford because we had the extended warranty. Come to find out the warranty ran out and they were quoting me $5900 for a new transmission. We were recommended River Ridge by a friend and called they were able to get us in right away. We received a call a few days later explaining that they didnt think it needed a new transmission but that the fluid needed to be replaced. They replaced the fluid and the car runs like it did when I bought it. I highly recommend these guys as they are honest and reasonable! Service: Transmission
