        This is probably the best closed restaurant I have ever attempted to visit. The door was securely locked as it should be. No menu was posted outside nor taped to the inside of a window pane. All the chairs were put up on tables as a clear indication that cette restaurant est mort! No guessing about it. Un fermacion a la Prémiere Classé!

        Small, cozy French restaurant perfect for any time. The Chef is gifted in the dishes he creates and his wife, a sommelier, has an equally gifted palate and offers a fine selection of wines to accompany lunch or dinner. We will be back. Update - understand it has closed but will soon be reopening as the French Hound Brasserie in Leesburg, VA. 5/18/17 UPDATE - Chef's French Hound Brasserie The French Hound Brasserie, opened at 19286 Promenade Dr. in Lansdowne, VA.

        Absolutely delightful. Warm ambiance and great food. My wife loves this place and I do too. Highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Middleburg. We drive 45 minutes one way and it is well worth every minute. Michael H.
