CiCi's Pizza

The location is hidden & not easily seen. Visited this location twice, the 1st time my wife & I went, the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. My wife felt a little awkward due to people starring @ us, as if we didn't belong there, I thought it was peaceful though because it was pretty empty. I asked a black girl with glasses for a specific pizza, she stated the one that was being served had to be gone 1st, which was extremely old & dried out, OK I didn't sweat it though. About a few weeks later, I told my wife & daughter we were going to cici's, she dreaded going back to this location. This 2nd visit I had a coupon for a free adult buffet that had their address & phone # on it, the cashier said let me check & see. I'm thinking what the hell is there to see! Then the manager comes back and refuses to look @ me & tells my wife they can't accept the coupon because they no longer deal with valpack & shoot her all sorts of bullshit on why they couldn't accept the coupon. When I asked about their address being on the coupon all she did was repeat the same nonsense. I have used coupons @ the W. Broad & Laburnum locations with no issues. There was no way I was going to spend my hard earned money there, coupon or no coupon, so we decided to go to the Laburnum store that night to enjoy our family night. Needless to say, I should have listened to my wife & we will NEVER return to this location again. Working in customer service I know what good service is & this was far from it.

Went there on an early Sunday afternoon with grandchildren. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure things were okay. One member of our party was on a no/low carb diet and they suggested making a special dish for us (all the pizza toppings in a bowl). They did this 3 times! Even after one of the grand kids spilled their drink, they were still eager to help. Highly recommend!

Management approached my friends and I, and began making false accusations and claimd against us, with no reason or proof. We will NEVER return to this location.
