Dr. Capri has helped me through 2 injuries now and WOW...their method works!!! The treatment can be quite uncomfortable as they release the tension and imbalances, but the results are undeniable. Most recently, I went from being flat out due to back pain to regaining nearly full range of motion in just 3 visits...the rest is on me to continue the rehab exercises to keep tension at bay and build the strength to properly support my frame. I cannot recommend the Airrosti method and Dr. Capri enough...they don't just tell you to take meds and rest, they get to the root of the problem and get you back to your sport/work/life quickly...and stronger and more correct than before. I have learned so much from my sessions!

Dr. Capri was so great and helpful! He truly cares about helping people and getting them out of pain fast. He helped target my low back pain and the reasoning behind why it was happening. He provided some great home exercises and stretches to do which helped me gain relief so fast! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Capri was fantastic with helping to greatly reduce my shoulder/neck pain that was causing headaches. I have a list of exercises to help strengthen these areas and reduce the pain if it does flair up. Three sessions and I gained back the mobility in my neck and can move it so much easier.

Dr. Capri was very knowledgeable. He was able to locate the source of my back issue and help me get it corrected quickly. I have a list of exercises to do for the rest of my life to avoid another flair up.
