I called multiple irrigation companies to have someone come out and fix a busted pipe for me. Raindrop is the only company that actually called me back. Kenny arrived on time the day he was scheduled. He quickly fixed the pipe and also replaced a few sprinkler heads that were busted. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use Raindrop Irrigation in the future for my irrigation needs. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

Had let my yard go for a few years and needed help. Woody came out and assessed the problems I had with my lawn. He was professional throughout, covering my irrigation system, giving me options for restoring my lawn and turning the quote around in a matter of days. I would recommend Raindrop for anyone that needs help with their yard.

I paid for year contract, to turn on and turn off, checking/adjusting sprinkler heads to water my lawn. When my sprinklers was turn on, service person stated that he might have to come back to adjust the heads that was near the road. Well, I called for service because the heads by the road was watering the road and just a little on my lawn. I waited 2 weeks before I called the 2nd time. I was told by the girl that answered the phone that they was busy and they could get to me when they could. I told her, you didn't have a problem of cashing my check by me paying in advance for service, now when I need service, I got to wait 2, 3 weeks or more. Woody, the owner called me back the next day and stated that he was terminating my contract and returning my money. He only returned half and not all. He did not completed the startup as the heads was not adjusted to stay out of the road. He was rude and unprofessional. He talked to me like I was a Dog. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
