Her years professional knowledge and marketing skills really moves you out of your current home and moving you in future home in no time.
When she offers and recommends steps what you may need to do to sell your home, please just do it.
De-cluttering, tidying up , staging and selling and working together as a team is key success. Initially I were so resistant to staging as it costs extra expenses monthly and you were not for sure the return. If you have similar concerns please reconsider staging and do it. Staging empower visions of buyers , even seller myself. After staging, I can’t believe this fantastic house it is my home. As owner you are the only one can make de-cluttering a success. This makes your house spacious and neat and appealing. It also makes it less burden when you are ready to move, since you have done hard work during de-cluttering.
Laurie is very skillful negotiator and she shields all stress away from you. My home is under contract after 3 days on the market, Laurie and her amazing assistant Becky takes care of all things, negotiation contracting, repairing and helps you move and relocate to new place , everything you can think of. I am spoiled and heavenly rely on them.
They really hard work day and night , I often wondering when they have time to have a good meal time.

Warren Kluth at this Long and Fosters branch has worked his magic for us in buying or selling homes in the Washington DC area on 3 occasions. Our previous experience with “Type A” agents was anxiety provoking; we prefer Warren’s calm and personable demeanor to help us through those stressful life events. He is patient and listens well. He is responsive and efficient. We also feel that we can completely trust him. Large transactions like these require a great deal of trust in an agent and we know Warren always takes care of his clients.
Although we have friends in the business we continue to go back to Warren for an excellent, stress-free experience and successful outcome every time.

As part of my corporate relocation, I worked with an agent from this office of Long & Foster. He was very nice, courteous, a sheer pleasure to work with. However, the house that he recommended to us as the ideal option turned out to be anything but. The agent believed everything the seller's agent said about the builder and did not do his own due diligence. The agent recommended a home inspector, who missed a number of problems with the house, including a few serious ones. As a result we had to spend a few months and quite a bit of money on fixing all those issues with the house.
Besides, our agent turned out to be not very effective dealing with the seller’s agent, who took advantage of that.
All in all, really bad experience.
