We LOVE LOVE LOVE our recently renovated kitchen done by ChaseMetro Construction company!!! Karen Man and her team provided great quality workmanship. Karen was very detailed oriented and kept open communication with us throughout the process. She made sure that her team did the job right and clean up the work area every day. Karen managed the costs very well to make sure that there were no unexpected cost growth. We will definitely schedule for more home reno projects with ChaseMetro Construction because we trust Karen and her team to do a fantastic job!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our renovated kitchen that was done by the Chase Metro Construction team!!!
Karen Man has done a wonderful job on my cousins kitchen the year before but I had a limited budget and a much older home so I was a little apprehensive about the renovation. But Karen was quick to respond to my query for a detailed cost estimate. She brought her design team to conduct an on-site evaluation of our kitchen and had a thorough discussion of what our specific functional needs and aesthetics were. After that visit, Karen asked me to come to the showroom to go over the design for my inputs as well as reviewing kitchen cabinets and hardware options. Karen is very detail-oriented and very meticulous in finding the best affordable solutions for what we needed. She listened to what we wanted and provided candid feedback on how well our choices would work or not. I love that she managed the project costs like they were her own expenses. Karen was frequently onsite during the renovation to resolve problems that came up, which they often did because old houses tend to have many hidden problems. Karen and her team worked through these many problems, some of which I thought were showstoppers but with her extensive experience in home renovations she seemed to always come up with solid and affordable solutions. She always thought about recycle and reuse some of our old kitchen materials and donated what we didnt want. I also liked the fact that Karen required that all her team members clean up the work area after they were done for the day. For every day (!!) and not just at the end of the project.
Major renovations like our kitchens were rather disruptive to our daily routine but our renovated kitchen is absolutely beautiful and highly functional! So we have already asked for several of our next projects (bathrooms reno and deck addition!) to be scheduled because we really trust Karen and love the exceptional work from the Chase Metro Construction team!!

Being our first major renovation, we were very nervous about living through a  master bathroom redo after all the horror stories I have heard from friends. We had met with 4 other contractors, who all ranged from being too flaky to too pushy, we decided to go with Chase. Our biggest concern was dust as we have a young child with some medical issues related to her lungs.  Karen listened to all of my concerns with how the dust would affect my daughter and I am not sure if anyone else can say this about a renovation , but it was amazingly pretty much dust free from the demo, tilework, drywall, pretty much every step of the way. They really took into consideration all of my concerns and went above and beyond to address them as best as they could.We had our entire master bathroom gutted, including removing an ugly huge jacuzzi tub. The final result was better then I ever envisioned. They installed radiant heat in the floor, a standalone tub, new vanities, extended our shower, added extra shower fixtures and body jets, and built a linen closet where there was not one before ( my personal favorite). In addition, we had recess lighting installed into our master bedroom and 2 story living room which has made such a huge difference for us! Karen has a great eye for what is practical and aesthetically pleasing as well. Her team was respectful and communicative and always timely which I appreciated as a stay at home mom with 2 small kids. I am 100% satisified with my experience with Chase.  I highly recommend and plan to use them again for our next project !
