My experience last Tuesday was made so much better because of one of the sales people working that evening. Nabil Sidhom! Nabil knows the technical side of his job well, but he absolutely shines as a professional who understands how to place the needs of his customer first. He did this in a truly old fashioned style that I respected immensely. I will always remember how Nabil single handedly turned a difficult situation, one that would have ended badly in the hands of most salespeople, into a positive experience that will certainly send me back to ATT again, especially if Nabil is still there. He is proof that a company's reputation is still largely determined by the nature of the individuals who work there.

This was an awesome experience. 10/10 recommend Nabil and his service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made sure both of our phones transitioned properly from TMobile to ATT. Thank you Nabil for going above and beyond for us! We will be back to this location.

Dear customer service reps this is AT&T store, here is the policy from your website:
"Accessories purchased from AT&T stores or online are covered by a one-year warranty. To exchange, bring a valid proof of purchase to any AT&T store.
If an accessory has a lifetime warranty, you can exchange at any AT&T store with valid proof of purchase within the first year. After the first year, contact the manufacturer for warranty support."
I bought a Carson and Quinn phone case from att with a lifetime warranty and was told it would be "no problem" to trade it in because I have the warranty. it has been well under a year and we went to trade it in because it has been dropped. we had our receipt and everything ready and they declined to trade my case in. I have already notified the ATT main customer service reps to reach out and teach you all how to do your jobs correctly. They do not know their own policies and will lie to your face.
Can this location get new managment already? Worst experience I have had with AT&T and will not be going back or recommending to anyone
